Project Overview
- First new office building in Williamsburg since the 1920s
One of the first new office buildings to be constructed in Brooklyn in decades, 25 Kent will cover a full city block, providing views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline. The building’s warehouse-inspired design—a blend of the area’s industrial past with its creative present—is a mix of traditional brick and glass coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize light exposure.
This fully collaborative workspace and town center is envisioned as two buildings with a glass-walled connector beginning on the third floor of the eight-floor structure. Though largely office space, the new development will also include light-industrial space, retail and below-grade parking.
